Milligan is a fashion and print graduate from St Martins. She has created her own fashion brand Milbo. I love her intricate beading and attention to detail and how she puts a modern twist on such a traditional, (be it timeless), garment. Her Skateboarder hoodie at the V&A was remarkable!
